Exciting news! Construction has started on Building 5 with completion scheduled for this coming August. This building is ideally located being very close to the Travelift well and launch ramp. We are now taking reservations for units in this new building. Check the Site Plan to see which units are still available. Building 5 features 10 units in the following sizes:

  • Five 50' X 120' units (first time this size is being offered)
  • One 38 X 75' unit
  • Three 35' X 75' units
  • One 32' X 75' unit

Exterior features on the 50' x 120' units:

  • Combination split face block and architectural metal fascia.
  • Large band of tinted windows on the west side of each unit providing natural light to the interior.
